The ideal candidate has excellent written and verbal communication skills, and will properly follow established systems and protocols. The ideal candidate has an understanding of administrative and clerical systems and the ability to thrive in a busy environment. Experience in the legal field is preferred, but not required. Candidates will be able to respond to client concerns with efficiency and empathy. A high school diploma is required. Excellent communication and writing skills. Strict adherence to established systems and protocols for call routing, scheduling, and calendaring. Prior administrative, secretarial, and/or receptionist experience preferred, but not required.
