Litigation Attorney
The candidate will work on unique and challenging issues related to national security and interact with a wide variety of U.S. Government agencies, Congress, federal courts, and the private sector. Must have Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school. Should have active bar membership from any of the 50 states, District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, or the US Virgin Islands. Must have 3+ years of substantive civil or criminal litigation experience. Should have ability to handle complex litigation in a fast-paced and demanding environmentAt least a 3.0 GPA on a 4-point scale. Must have ability to meet the minimum requirements for joining CIA, including U.S. citizenship and a background investigation. Prior litigation experience in the national security law arena preferred.
