Chief Compliance Officer

The candidate facilitates the implementation, oversight, and ongoing operation of the Corporate Compliance Program. The Facility Compliance Officer/ Privacy Officer will ensure the Bayfront Health St Petersburg’s compliance program responsibilities are met and the program adequately addresses the individual concerns of Bayfront Health St Petersburg and all affiliates. In addition, facilitates the oversight and ongoing compliance with organizational HIPAA Privacy policies and procedures covering the access, use and disclosure of protected health information. The FPO will ensure that privacy complaints are reported to the office of the Corporate Compliance Officer, investigated appropriately and that adequate corrective action is taken to mitigate non-compliance of the organization’s HIPAA privacy policies and procedures as directed by the Corporate Compliance Officer or his/ her designee.
