POSITION SUMMARY:

Analyze eCommerce merchandise productivity and customer interactions with our websites. Use analytic tools and reporting like K2B, JMS, Omniture, Commerce Hub and marketing response rates to formulate recommended productivity improvements. Collaborate with Buyers and the eCommerce team to optimize product, marketing, search and navigation performance. Recommend effective procedures, policies, and strategic direction based on analysis, case studies, and current jewelry environment. Demonstrate the Company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety of self and others. Frequent independent judgments are essential. Fred Meyer also requires that all associates perform all tasks in a safe manner consistent with corporate policies and state and federal laws.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

* Model Customer 1st behavior; deliver and encourage other associates to deliver excellent Customer service * Review exception reports from reorders of replenishment items * Maintain record of purchase order, items, and vendors for analysis * Identify promotion needs and forecast performance * Confirm alignment of ecommerce financial plan * Monitor exception reports * Communicate with ecommerce team and vendors regarding process, strategies, and relevant merchandising and service issues * Review benchmarks based on analysis of current product trends * Forecast production requirements for manufacturing schedules * Participate with Merchandisers to implement optimum strategies for assortments * Develop seasonal strategies to include product life cycle, order intervals, and promotional considerations * Provide support to maximize promotional sales * Provide feedback Merchandisers to increase category sales * Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation

MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience * Experience/knowledge in analyzing performance of retail merchandise and website productivity * An understanding of economic indicators/trends on a macro level * Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends on occasion * Ability to design/maintain advanced Access databases; utilize a variety of interfaces * Skilled in process flow analysis/flow charts * Ability to prioritize/multi-task while providing accurate and on-time results * Ability to lead and motivate individuals from a wide variety of functional backgrounds * Ability to perform both as a leader and supporter on project teams; be a team player * Ability to lead eCommerce merchandising team in absence of supervisor * Excellent leadership and project management skills * Ability to travel independently

DESIRED PREVIOUS JOB EXPERIENCE:

* Thorough knowledge of ecommerce retailing and website analytics * Extensive knowledge of website performance metrics using tools like Omniture * Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, MapPoint, Visio, or like applications * Base knowledge of demand/forecasting systems
