A snapshot of some of the responsibilities:

• Assists in developing and implementing cutting edge legal technology
• Coordinates with outside and internal development team
• Creates, implements and documents automation tools and legal workflows
• Able to understand and develop data analytic tools
• Oversees project management firm wide
• Responsible for pilot programs/testing new concepts
• Assists in process testing and mapping of current procedures to confirm maximum efficiency
• Assists in orientation and training of employees
• Completes special projects assigned by Legal Operations Director
