A law firm seeks a Technical Transactions / Cyber Associate Attorney with 3-7 years of experience to join its team. This role is designed for candidates who are versatile and interested in both intellectual property matters—such as technology licensing, trade secrets, trademarks, and copyright protection—and privacy compliance, including privacy policies and advice. Candidates will also engage with tech-centric general corporate matters.

Duties

• Work on technology licensing and commercial transactions
• Handle trade secrets, trademarks, copyright protection, and brand management
• Advise on privacy compliance and develop related policies
• Participate in general corporate matters, including initial formation and contract negotiation
• Collaborate effectively within a team environment

Requirements

• Strong academic credentials
• Exceptional analytical and writing skills
• Outstanding interpersonal abilities
• Active law license in good standing

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) preferred but not required

Skills

• Proven self-starter with a proactive approach
