The candidate will spend the time independently processing electronic documents, including incoming mail, court documents, and subpoenaed records. Scan, save, and email documents. Prepare outgoing mail and take it to the postal facility, create and organize files, file documents into physical files, and order supplies for the office. Organize the incoming electronic documents and file materials according to an efficient electronic filing system and digitalize all necessary documents. Possess excellent computers skills and be detail-oriented, organize and distribute documents and making them easily accessible to colleagues. Provide excellent customer service to the attorneys, paralegals, and staff. High school diploma or equivalent experience is required.
