Assists in providing technical support through on-site installation, servicing and repair of complex equipment and systems. You will work under direct supervision. You will follow detailed work instruction and escalates any discrepancies in customer requirements, blue prints, or work instructions. You will identify and escalate opportunities to improve the installation or repair procedures. You will escalate any administrative difficulties relating to delivery and installation of proper equipment.
Be the face of Honeywell to the customer and interact directly with end-users

YOU MUST HAVE
High School Diploma, or GED
Union Role (member of or willing to join local 412)
5 or more years experience with HVAC theory, systems, equipment, basic refrigeration and or maintenance
Valid Drivers License and Clean Driving Record (vehicle provided)
Completion of HVAC Certificate program and/or an Associates Degree program or equivalent work experience
Additional NM Journeyman licensing - PIPE, GAS, PLUMBING, SHEET METAL, BOILER OPERATOR, Etc.
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
Strong mechanical aptitude
Good verbal /written communication Skills
Basic Computer knowledge
