Senior Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis
The Products & Services Business Analytics Team (BAT) will provide advanced analytics, data extraction and modeling, and business insights to the Products and Services business verticals
The Senior Analyst will be part of the BAT, and will be creating standardization and automation of the Products & Services finance needs across verticals, while driving continuous efficiency.
The Senior Analyst will be responsible for converting insights from various Products & Services finance teams to meaningful and accurate reporting, maintaining those reports, and partner with the Centralized Reporting (CR) and Global Business Service Center (GBSC) and enhancement and automation.

Build, maintain, and update standardized monthly financial reporting specific to Products & Services verticals that will help drive and support the business, inclusive of business metrics/KPIs
Provide business driven commentary to reporting used for P&L management
Create opportunities for automation and more efficient methods of creation and delivery
Assist on financial process improvements by building and maintaining financial tools to perform analysis and modeling
Prepare standard analytics and reporting on firm scheduled deadlines
Support specific verticals within Products & Services finance with reporting and data extraction needs
Escalate analysis and key findings to BAT leadership and vertical finance business partners
All About You
Bachelors degree required
Solid analytical and financial skills
Experience in forecasting/budgeting and monitoring current results
Good interpersonal, relationship management and communication skills (both verbal and written)
Strong sense of urgency
Excels in a deadline driven work environment
Ability to communicate with all levels of management
Strong skills in Hyperion and Excel required
Ability to standardize reporting/analyses across diverse businesses to drive efficiencies
