The Facilities Support will be responsible for helping maintain office spaces and kitchen areas with general cleaning during the day, as well as receiving and distributing lunches, distributing of mail/packages and ensuring all office areas and kitchens have appropriate supplies. The Office Assistant will also be assisting the Office Manager or other Management staff with various projects from time to time.

1 years of experience in a customer-oriented position
