Litigation Paralegal
The candidate will support litigation and other adversarial matters in close partnership with internal legal and business teams and outside counsel. Will manage and/or support litigation projects (e.g., litigation holds; document collection, review and production; witness interviews; deposition prep; e-filing and service of documents; patent family searches; etc.). Manage and/or support IP and other legal department projects (e.g., due diligence; internal investigation; and process improvement). Manage project and case deadlines, files and records. Coordinate and lead meetings on responsible matters; assist with organizing departmental meetings. Establish strong cross-functional working relationships at all levels within a global organization to drive a culture of compliance and collaboration.
