The candidate will work primarily on class, collective, and representative actions challenging wage theft, misclassification of workers, and systemic discrimination in employment and other areas. Work on individual representation and litigation. Play a very active role in cases, including working closely with clients and potential clients, investigating new cases, handling discovery, taking and defending depositions, writing and arguing motions, participating in negotiations and mediations, and representing workers in arbitrations. Should have 3+ years of experience, preferably in the area of employment law. Must have strong analytical, writing, research, and client management skills. A commitment to protecting the rights of workers is needed.
