Cary office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an estate planning attorney with 3 years of progressive estate planning experience. The candidate will work directly with clients in designing and implementing a comprehensive estate planning strategy. Will review internally drafted estate planning documents for quality and accuracy. Work closely with clients as a trusted advisor and will communicate with them in an approachable, "plain English" manner. Collaborate with other team members on strategies that best serve clients' interests and provide clients with 5-star service. Be a team player and contribute to the success of the team. Must be licensed to practice law in North Carolina. Should be experienced with discussing sensitive and delicate matters with clients including experience conducting one-on-one meetings with clients. Must be proficient with different software and virtual technology, such as Zoom, Google Workspace, Microsoft applications, and others. Should preferably have 3 years of progressive estate planning experience as their primary practice area including regularly meeting with clients, drafting and reviewing estate plans, and conducting signing meetings. Should preferably be comfortable explaining the purpose of different estate planning tools and strategies "in plain English" to clients and is also comfortable reviewing prior estate planning documents to determine whether updates are needed in order to meet the client's current objectives.
