The candidate will handle loss mitigation matters independently. Travel throughout Eastern Pennsylvania on settlement conferences, status conferences and other dispositive motions/hearings on state court and federal court matters. Draft settlement agreements, review payoff and reinstatement letters, etc. Draft motions, briefs, and memorandums of law. Conduct legal research. Respond to relevant discovery-related requests and motion practice. Maintain responsibility for all aspects of respective contested cases, including devising legal strategies, and executing on legal strategies. Complete initial review of documents related to litigated cases. Must have 2-5 years of experience independently handling contested motion practice with admission to Pennsylvania. Superior writing, legal research, and analytic skills are needed.
