We have a position for a part-time Contract Corporate Paralegal. Must have at least 5 years prior corporate paralegal experience

Required Skills:
- Must have experience with Contract and Transaction Closings
- Will handle all administration related to contract and transaction closings
- Tracking, recording, organizing and compiling contracts, signatures, exhibits and all related materials related to contract closings
- Experience with real estate and venture capital financings preferred
- Experience with employee equity option issuance and all related matters
- Must know and have access to: Excel, Word and PDF software (Adobe preferred)
- Must have access to internet
