Junior to Mid-level Commercial Litigation Associate
The candidate must have 2+ years of experience. Large law firm or established boutique experience is strongly preferred. Should preferably have experience with preparing motions and discovery and a strong interest in building writing, deposition, and oral advocacy skills directly from seasoned litigation partners. Clerkship experience is preferred. Requirements also include excellent academic credentials; oral advocacy and writing skills; references; and active membership, in good standing, in the California Bar.
