Business Analyst
The candidate will work closely and collaboratively with the Personal Injury Operations team to understand and improve business operations and process across multiple departments. Oversee and monitor our existing KPIs. Provide reporting and detailed analysis and forecasting on inventory, revenue and KPIs. Communicate with the Director of Case Operations and senior business analysts to ensure each of our current programs are running efficiently and successfully and offer input and suggestions for additional support programs as needed. BS/BA in business administration, finance, logistics or relevant field is required. Should have 2-3 years proven experience as business analyst or similar position. Experience with reporting, monitoring metrics and developing forecasts is required. Legal experience is preferred. Salesforce reporting experience is required. Power BI/ Tableau/Visualisation software/SQL experience is a plus.
