Legal Counsel
Responsibilities: Responsible for all aspects of the contracting cycle with respect to Distributor, Reseller and various other contracts. Will include the negotiation of standard contracts as well as customer specific contracts. May include negotiations directly with Distributors, Resellers, vendors, etc. OEM and support agreements. HR support. Litigation support. Patent and trademark support. Will be a valued member of Check Point’s international legal team. Will draft, review and negotiate various agreements, including channel and sales contracts, software license agreements, service and vendor agreements. Collaborate with other teams – Sales, Finance, Marketing, HR.
