The candidate must have 3+ years of relevant experience to join its relevant Property practice; excellent writing and analytical skills, as well as deposition, discovery, and motion practice experience, are sought to assume responsibility in an active and diverse IP litigation practice that includes trademark, trade secret, copyright, and patent infringement proceedings; experience in large-scale litigation would be particularly valuable. Must be a bright, hardworking, highly motivated, creative problem-solving person with good judgment and attention to detail.
