Web Creative Intake Project Manager.
The Web Creative Intake Project Manager is a key part of the Web Creative Services team, ensuring the team can work efficiently on all creative requests. The position is responsible for managing the workflow of the internal creative production team, working closely with the Senior Manager for Web Creative Services. The Intake Manager ensures that projects are produced on time, within scope, and managing team timelines and internal customer expectations. As needed the intake manager may be involved in driving conversations to troubleshoot issues. The Intake manager will also work with 3rd party design firms to implement design and .

Job responsibilities:
** Plans and manages all creative deliverables across a comprehensive team, UX design, UX research, designers and copy writers
** Manage reporting on and managing the creative project scope throughout the lifecycle.
** Manage department**s daily, weekly, monthly projects, scheduling across the team.
** Engages with all areas affected by the project including 3rd party design vendors, 3rd party development vendors, internal IT development teams, enterprise architecture teams, Senior Product Managers, Senior Business Analysts, end users, services organizations, and other implementations partners.
** Reviews project creative deliverables for accuracy and appraise management of issues effecting project status and offers solution to solve the issues.
** Act as project manager on assigned projects.
Position Requirements

**Sound understanding of Project Management of Knowledge (PMBOK) Discipline.
**Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
**Need excellent meeting facilitation skills.
**Exceptional problem solving skills.
**Quick recall of multiple work streams.
**Calming demeanor in difficult circumstances.
**Ability to motivate project teams to build team morale and group commitment to project goals and deliverables.
**Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize work, and multi-task across several project assignments.
**Ability to manage, control and report on project budget. Implement corrective action as needed to control budget.
**Ability to interact and communicate professionally with all levels of staff and management as required to coordinate project deliverables, deliver status reports, and facilitate meetings.
**MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, Project, Powerpoint, Visio, Outlook)

Education & Experience:

**8-10 years of Project Management experience using structured methodology required.
**Experience working with multiple vendors within tight timelines.
**Past experience understanding and communicating multiple work stream schedules.
**Prior cross-functional team management experience required.
**Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering solutions and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
**Proven experience managing geographically diverse teams and/or teams in a matrix organization.
**Bachelor**s degree from a four-year college/university or equivalent work experience required.
**Wireless and/or Telecommunications industry experience required.
**Project Management Certifications required

** Graphics art and/or digital production background
** 5-7 years of Project Management experience.
** Bachelor**s degree from a four-year college/university or equivalent work experience required.
