The candidate will be responsible for maintaining the file and copy rooms and processing all incoming and outgoing mail. Other general office assistance as needed including but not limited to: Photocopy assignments, File maintenance, and Shipments. Answer and make phone calls. Maintain library. Mail matching/file pulls. Update medical logs. Compiling lists of records for exhibits. Must possess the ability to multi-task, advanced problem-solving skills, clear and concise communication skills, and the ability to follow directions and carry out instructions within company guidelines. Detail-oriented, professional demeanor, and phone etiquette.
