Executive Director

Duties: Work with the Faculty Director of the Program on Corporate Governance and the Program on Law and Finance, and any Associate Directors of the Programs, on building, developing, and managing the full range of activities of the Programs. Under the direction of the Faculty Director, will manage the wide range of the Programs’ operations; work with major corporations, law firms, public pension funds, and other capital market players; participate in directing and developing events for the Programs, including conferences; manage the administration and personnel of the program, including fellows, students and research assistants, and the program's website and other media outreach; collaborate with constituent groups and other professionals; be responsible for hiring and supervising fellows, research assistants and staff; participate in managing the Law School Forum on Corporate Governance and Financial Regulation, and the web design and technical staff of the Program; participate in fundraising activities; interact with donors and visitors; as well as other management roles within the Programs as they may arise.
