A law firm seeks a highly motivated Estate Planning Attorney to join its practice in Tustin, California. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing legal counsel on a variety of estate planning matters, including drafting wills, trusts, and powers of attorney. Duties:

• Draft and prepare estate planning documents such as wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
• Design and implement plans for asset distribution according to clients' wishes.
• Represent clients in legal proceedings related to estate planning.
• Negotiate on behalf of clients to reach favorable agreements.
• Maintain and update detailed client files and documentation.
• Supervise and work closely with paralegals and administrative staff.
• Provide ongoing legal counsel to clients in matters relating to estate planning and special needs planning.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• An active member in good standing with the California State Bar.
• Knowledge and experience in estate planning, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and clients.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active California Bar membership.

Skills:
