Greenberg Nikoloff, P.A. (www.associationlawfl.com) is a full-service community association law firm, representing condominium, co-operative and HOA clients throughout Tampa Bay and surrounding counties. The firm provides general counsel support to its association clients on all matters ranging from collections, deed restriction enforcement, document amendment and revitalization, contract review and negotiation, fair housing compliance, real property and land use issues, construction litigation, and development of operational policies and best practices. Our practice is growing and we are looking to add a smart, hard-working associate to learn from and support our three experienced partners. The position will focus primarily on providing legal opinions, document amendment projects, real property and land use issues, and general corporate governance matters. This position will not be litigation oriented. The Associate Attorney will have paralegal support, work from home capabilities and direct client contact. We offer a competitive benefits package and compensation commensurate with experience. Our office environment is friendly, business casual and fast paced. There is no ceiling on this position - you will go as far as your talent and ambition will take you. The firm offers extensive client development support and opportunities.
