Responsibilities: Organize and maintain Legal Operations team calendar and provide administrative support to maintain and organize files and daily tasks. Provide administrative and clerical support for Legal Operations team of attorneys and contracts administrators. Manage and submit expense reports for the Legal Operations team. Draft, proofread, and edit internal and external correspondence. Answer general inquires and disseminates information in a timely manner. Assist legal team in preparation of presentation materials. Organize meetings and conferences; including sharing details with the appropriate attendees. Arrange travel, meetings, and conference calls. Maintain legal department procedures. Type letters, memos and various legal documents for corporate attorneys. Maintain filing system of all legal records. Support all legal team members as needed. Report and manage CLE hours for the legal team. Facilitate payment for attorney bar fees and professional association dues.
