Dinsmore & Shohl LLP, a prominent national law firm with over 700 attorneys in 29 cities, has an excellent opportunity for an ERISA/Employee Benefits Associate in our Chicago, IL; Indianapolis, IN; Columbus, OH; Cleveland, OH; Pittsburgh, PA; and Louisville, KY offices. A minimum of three years of experience is required and experience must include all aspects of advising and counseling on compliance and design of qualified and non-qualified retirement plans, executive compensation plans, health and welfare plans and fringe benefit arrangements. ESOP experience is preferred. We will consider other office preferences depending on the location.

A license to practice in IL, IN, OH, PA, or KY is preferred. Out of state candidates who are either willing to sit for the IL, IN, OH, PA, or KY bar exam or eligible to waive in will be considered. All candidates should have a strong academic background, and possess excellent research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.
