Senior Associate Attorney
The candidate will balance managerial functions with the handling of a caseload. Will execute Firm’s procedures and standards. Directs the activities and provides managerial support for reporting legal office staff, which includes attorneys, paralegals, and administrative assistants. Analyze legal office procedures and policies for efficiency and effectiveness and proposes improvements when warranted, ensuring effective implementation of those changes. Communicate and support corporate policies and strategies to staff counsel employees and addresses any concerns regarding these policies or strategies. Supervise and oversee the preparation of budgets, special budget reports, or cost accounting information. Chair weekly staff meetings. Respond to Claim Department requests.
