The candidate manages a small team of Product Marketing Managers and Associate Managers to achieve the strategic goals of a business segment. Articulates the strategy and defines the vision. Devises business cases for executive-level approval. Drives innovation and differentiation across a set of propositions to address current and future client needs. Influence of strategic prioritization of the Law Firm Finance & Business Management portfolio which could include both products and partnerships. Works with cross-functional resources to ensure on-time, in-scope delivery. Gathers, prioritizes, and analyzes client feedback to drive product innovation and increase client adoption and retention. Identifies build vs. buy opportunities for a proposition and leverages the organization to execute as needed. Responsible for developing talent within the department. Works cross-functionally on product launches to assist the Outbound Product and Marketing teams. Understands customer NPS scores and drives activities to improve or retain NPS scores. Assists in revenue planning and pricing decisions for new products.
