The candidate will direct the organization’s programs and initiatives related to various ethics, conduct and cultural matters. This includes,: Code of Conduct development, oversight of various employee attestations and approvals; Analysis of data from various sources to drive policy around conflicts of interest programs, such as gifts & entertainment, outside business activities and similar policies; Enhancement of various conduct related initiatives including consequence management, material risk takers and building out conduct risk framework; Operation of the company’s Ethics Help/Hot lines; Oversee process improvements, including enhanced reporting mechanisms and use of artificial intelligence where possible. Manages a professional staff responsible for overseeing ethics and conduct programs in a global environment. Directs efforts to develop a strong compliance culture among senior business managers and increase organizational awareness of ethics and culture roles and responsibilities throughout the company. Recruits, directs, motivates and develops professional staff, maximizing their individual contribution, professional growth and ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team and/or lead. Provides feedback at the most critical times.
