The candidate will be responsible for the management of the client onboarding process and other duties as assigned. Conflict checks. Assists with the preparation and sending of Engagement Letters. Obtains the necessary information relating to client and contact information that is to be entered into the appropriate database(s). Handles the organization of transfer in and transfer outs. Preparation and filing of customer numbers. Assists with the preparation of power of attorney documents for US matters, and 3.73b/c documents. Additional assigned duties in the docketing department. Maintains firm databases with relevant information. Other duties, tasks and projects as assigned.
