Marketing Technology Manager
The candidate will drive the Marketing Technology function forward in support of both Marketing & Business Development and firm initiatives. Work collaboratively with colleagues across departments to provide leadership and strategic direction on marketing technology projects. Manage the firm’s MarTech systems and initiatives including CRM, ERM, external website, intranet and other department databases. Serves as the product evangelist for digital tools. Understand the MarTech space and contribute to the strategy for MarTech modernization. Build marketing technology best practices and processes to improve data quality within the firm’s digital tools to ensure the data is current, accurate, complete and valuable. Leverage technology to enhance process efficiencies and elevate methodologies for managing data. Provide analytics and ROI metrics for marketing and firm programs. Create and maintain the operational guidelines created for the firm’s digital tools and the Marketing Technology Team. Relationship management with internal technology users and external vendors. Assist with updates to website and SharePoint sites as needed. Execute on firm mailings and evites as needed. Provide training to firm colleagues on digital tools and processes. Supervise, mentor and develop the CRM Coordinator. Support all aspects of the Marketing Technology Team. Any additional responsibilities as required by management. Four year College Degree is required. Marketing, Business, or Computer Science is a plus. Should have 6+ years’ experience in marketing in a professional service environment. Must have experience administering Vuture, managing integrations and enhancing reporting capabilities. Must have experience administering the InterAction platform, building integrations and improving user-adoption. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook), InterAction, Vuture, SharePoint, RubyLaw Apps is a plus. Must have expert knowledge of marketing automation software (Vuture) to be able to execute on mailings, troubleshoot issues and to improve overall processes. Must have expert knowledge of InterAction (Web, Windows, IMO, Admin) and understand differences in functionality.
