Responsibilities: Negotiate, prepare, and draft complex direct and indirect materials and services purchasing, warehousing, logistics, and collaboration agreements. Advise supply chain and other business units to achieve business objectives while protecting Lam’s confidential information and intellectual property rights. Provide strategic and transaction support and partnership to management and operations in support of company vision and other objectives. Contribute to and assist in developing and delivering training, communications, playbooks, contract templates, processes and procedures for providing effective and efficient legal support. Provide timely and effective legal advice on a wide variety of corporate and commercial legal issues, including commercial, intellectual property, data security and privacy, antitrust, environmental, health and safety; and product safety laws. Provide timely general legal support as assigned. Monitor and communicate legal developments, follow up or escalate as applicable to ensure business has process to comply; monitor, communicate, and follow up on such developments. Interpret and communicate requirements to business units under identified company policies. Domestic and international travel may be required.
