The candidate will work closely with several partners in the firm’s business and tax groups (in counseling clients on a variety of corporate, tax, intellectual property, finance, and tax-exempt matters) and will have significant responsibility for negotiating and drafting contracts, structuring corporate transactions, and interacting with clients. 2-4 years of experience in tax transactions required. Should have a strong academic background (law school curriculum must reflect substantive tax courses), and excellent research and writing skills. Experience in intellectual property a plus. Non-legal experience in business, tax, or intellectual property work and demonstrated client relations skills a plus.
