The candidate will screen and review cases. Will assist in client contact and communication. Prepare complaints. File motions. Conduct discovery. Attend hearings. Take and defend depositions. Handle all aspects of litigation through mediation, settlement or trial. Must have litigation experience (first-party property insurance preferred). Should have trial experience. Experience in taking & defending depositions is required. Must have strong research and writing skills. Should have strong Marketing skills. Great written & verbal skills are needed. Must be self-motivated.
