Chief Compliance Officer
The candidate will develop and implement tools, communications, and methodologies to identify, classify, remediate and track enterprise risk. evaluate and counsel on change management associated with remediation. Will write, review, revise and institutionalize policies to encourage appropriate and compliant conduct. Maintain high-level oversight of compliance and risk management and organization performance. Provide anonymous, effective processes for receiving, investigating, and responding to employee complaints. Develop regular training on rules, regulations, and company-specific policies and enterprise risk awareness strategies. Ensuring compliance efforts are documented, monitored, and audited to track efficacy. Develop and administer a system to respond to allegations of improper or illegal activities and to enforce appropriate disciplinary action when violations occur. Identify and remediate systemic problems, conduct risk assessments and develop policies to prevent further offenses and address future violations. escalate as needed. Monitor effectiveness and report on a periodic basis to senior management, the Audit Committee of the Board and the Enterprise Risk Committee. Partner and collaborate with internal and external resources and counsel to ensure regional compliance. Monitor the evolving federal, state and industry guidelines affecting the company's overall compliance program and adopt and implement processes and procedures to ensure ongoing compliance. Advise on appropriate policies and procedures to ensure Company’s foreign subsidiaries, branches, and representative offices are compliant with applicable laws and regulations, including employment laws. Plan and execute long-term compliance and regulatory strategies.
