Should have substantial experience managing projects in a legislative context and prior exposure to developing and executing comprehensive legislative and/or regulatory strategies for a particular client or issue. Relevant experience might include staff work in Congress or government relations work for a corporation, federal agency legislative affairs office, unit of local government, or trade association. Should preferably have relevant substantive experience in multiple areas of healthcare and life sciences policy. Should have excellent academic credentials and references. Must be willing to be registered lobbyists. Must currently be licensed, or currently eligible to become licensed, to practice law in DC.
