Corporate Counsel
The candidate will advise business teams on compliant promotional copy for sweepstakes advertising across PCH's wide range of content channels (online, direct mail, television, social media, SMS). Will counsel internal clients on price comparisons, sale and discount advertising, claim substantiation, as well as subscription and auto-renewal laws. Review third party promotional offers provided by Ad Sales team for compliance with federal guidelines, industry best practices, and company policies. Assist the legal team in expanding and operationalizing PCH’s internal compliance program, including policy and training documents. Work closely with Privacy and Data Security team to ensure compliance with evolving regulations and industry best practices. Review, draft and negotiate a wide variety of commercial contracts.
