to perform duties involving operations, security and maintenance of the building, equipment, and grounds.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent, including or supplemented by some trade school or vocational training, is desirable.

Two years of experience in most phases of building maintenance.

EPA or HVAC Certification preferred.

Must be familiar with building maintenance in all trades such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and heating/air conditioning.
