The candidate will be responsible for but not limited to: oversee the negotiating, structuring, and management of contractual documents that establish business relationships with vendors, customers and/or partners. Review and approve documents for protection of the company's contractual posture and adherence to company policy. Advises management of contractual rights and obligations and provides interpretation of terms and conditions. Select, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the business. Should have excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Should have prior coursework or experience in contract drafting and negotiation. Must have contract formation, preparation, negotiation, review, and drafting skills. Should have ability to identify key risk areas in a contract. Must have experience working with confidential documents and under confidentiality obligations. Should have communicate in a professional and timely manner. Should have solid team building skills and stakeholder management. Must be responsive to peers and all levels of management.
