Corporate Securities Partner Attorney
The candidate should have 6 years of experience with general corporate and transactional matters such as securities law, M&A, private equity transactions, venture capital, entity formation, and contract analysis. Additional experience is required in advising public companies on insider trading, corporate governance, fiduciary duties, stock exchange listing requirements and filings under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, including proxy statements and periodic financial reporting. Meticulous with details and be able to work effectively as part of a team while also being able to assume individual responsibility for client matters involving direct client interaction. Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills are required. Successful candidates will also possess a drive for excellence and willingness to take initiative to solve problems. Must be currently licensed in Virginia, immediate waive in or a member of the bar in one or more US Jurisdictions and willing to sit for VA bar.
