Duties: Performs a variety of tasks for projects that include: Monitor and maintain the firm’s corporate database, file all state reports, draft annual minutes, file UCCs, provide assistance with reinstatements, handle state filings as requested. Backup to Securities (Form D's, Section 16 Reports, 8-K's, proxy statements, quarterly and annual periodic reporting including XBRL). Maintains positive contact with clients, attorneys and staff and observes confidentiality.
