Part-Time Faculty, Paralegal Studies
The candidate teaches paralegal students theoretical and practical applications of the law by preparing course materials, class lectures, and in-class activities in the assigned classes. Evaluates student progress through examination and assignments. Attends scheduled faculty meetings each semester and participates in faculty development and training programs. Performs other duties as assigned. Juris Doctor degree and active law license or paralegal degree from an ABA-approved program required. Practice experience in the field of law that will be taught required. Experience supervising paralegals or working as a paralegal in a law office or legal department required. Ability to use technology sufficiently to perform necessary job duties and respond to email required. Rate of pay $715 per credit hour.
