The Manager of Banking Operations will be responsible for leading and driving innovative system implementation and processes to streamline banking and treasury operations activities, while ensuring all activities are executed in accordance with policies and a strong internal control infrastructure. The candidate is expected to focus on centralizing activities, maximizing efficiencies, implementing best practices & supporting the Treasury team in synergy achievement.

Key Responsibilities:

•Manage and maintain the company’s banking infrastructure implementing best in class operations by leading the global banking simplification, centralization and consolidation project.

•Lead the transition of the FBAR reporting process (IRS requirement for all global signatories) from International Treasury.

•Lead the User Access Rights cycles, annual signatory and user audit projects to ensure bank signatory and portal users are always updated on a timely basis to mitigate fraud and loss prevention.

•Act as key liaison for international markets on bank account and banking portal procedures and controls including designing, implementing and leading training for global bank account owners on their responsibilities.

•Lead project to assess global banking portal user base including investigation and recommendation of solutions including automation and centralization to reduce number of users.

•Ensure the company’s adherence to FBAR, FATCA, and DODD Frank reporting (IRS and SEC requirements), including record keeping and data testing as requested.

•Assess and recommend products, services, technologies and systems that are available and appropriate for further innovating Treasury Operations at BMS.

•Act as the designated Treasury Systems (Quantum, TAMS, FACT, BFA) superuser:

•Manage and monitor global banking portal reporting in TAMS system

•System Administrator for both Quantum and all global banking portals for dozens of banks and instances

•Assist with FACT system administration & reporting in partnership with International Treasury & Capital Markets

•Administrator for BFA system and manage the BFA tool.

•Actively maintain Quantum static data

•Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies and procedures in day-to-day conduct of banking and operations activities.

•Manage trading mandates/ISDA’s for Treasury with a focus on a centralization and simplification project.

•Monitor bank fees and recommend bank products and services in support of the Treasurer’s $30M synergy target.

Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting with at least six years of progressive financial experience with a large corporation, CTP preferred

•Experience in Public Accounting and internal controls are a plus.

•Understanding of treasury operations and payment processing

•Expertise with Treasury systems, Quantum applications is a plus

•Strong analytical skills that enable innovative ideas and recommendations

•The ability to coordinate and collaborate and to foster strong working relationships with stakeholders of all levels is critical.

•Accuracy and attention to detail required

•Leadership ability to react in an agile manner to execute efficiently and effectively

•Excellent time management, project management and organizational skills

•Excellent written and oral communication skills
