Paralegal
The candidate will be responsible for investigating and responding to consumer complaints. Interact with state regulators and work closely with multiple intra-company departments. Develop a working knowledge of company products, operations, and computer systems. Conduct legal research as required. Perform litigation support functions and other duties and projects as assigned. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Written competency in spelling, grammar, and punctuation. Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks, while meeting deadlines. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Access required. 0-5 years of legal experience preferred. Insurance experience a plus. Paralegal Certificate required. Associates or Bachelor’s Degree. Some LOMA courses helpful.
