Sell the value of services to clients when they visit Ideal Image clinics for their consultations. Drives clinic sales to hit monthly targets. Responsible for following up with leads and clients to renew their interest in service offerings.
Essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:
\u2022Drives clinic sales and hits monthly clinic targets based on a variety of metrics set by the company.\u2022Cross promotion of new services/treatments.\u2022Comprehensive knowledge of all service offerings.\u2022Participates in local marketing and networking events.\u2022Maintains relationships with all current and previous clients.\u2022Builds strong client rapport.\u2022Demonstrates ethical sales practices.\u2022Sends out marketing material to clients.\u2022Builds self-generated client base.\u2022Maintains detailed notes in Salesforce.\u2022Follows all company protocols, policies and procedures.\u2022Assist with new clinic openings as needed.\u2022Works collaboratively with medical team to ensure premier client experience.\u2022Other duties as assigned.
\u2022High school degree or Bachelor\u2019s Degree from an accredited institution.\u2022Successful sales experience may be substituted for academic credentials.
\u20223 years of sales experience; retail or personal care business to consumer experience preferred.
\u2022Ability to multi-task, use personal judgment and utilize strong decision making, analytical and follow-upskills\u2022Proficient with personal computers and contemporary software applications (MS Office Suite, Salesforce etc.)
\u2022Experienced negotiator and strong closer.\u2022Proven track record of exceeding annual revenue and profit targets.\u2022Extensive and successful commitment to exceeding customer expectations.\u2022High volume sales experience.\u2022Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including strong phone skills.\u2022Must be a self-starter.\u2022Compelling interpersonal and communications skills (verbal and written), strong ability to influence/ build rapport.
\u2022Must maintain a high attention to detail.
