Commercial Counsel
Duties: Provide the full scope of contract support to sales teams and sourcing function which includes drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements and advising on the areas of commercial risk and sourcing as it pertains to commercial contracts. Provide effective and pragmatic counsel regarding digital and e-commerce issues; draft, review, and negotiate digital, e-commerce, I.T. (cloud/service/storage agreements, etc.), intellectual property and marketing-related agreements. Perform contractual and administrative requirements that are complex and varied in nature, usually requiring some originality, ingenuity, and degree of technical skill. Provide legal support for customer contracts for new products and acquisitions.
