Operational Transfer Pricing Senior Manager

The candidate should have BA/BS degree preferably in Accounting or related field of study. CPA, J.D., LL.M., or EA required. Master's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Science, Data Science or related technology field or a Master's degree in Business Administration, Taxation, or related business field and an approved certification is desired. A degree in computer science, information science, data science, statistics or related fields is an asset. A secondary focus in business, economics, accounting, or finance is preferred. Must have 5+ years of experience in Public Accounting. Should preferably have 10+ years of related experience. Experience in the transfer pricing life cycle, including transfer pricing policy implementation, compliance documentation, ERP system design, integration, and testing with tax and finance calculations, tax digital optimization, and developing workflows that automate data gathering, financial reporting, and intercompany pricing from within ERP systems is desired. Knowledge and experience using various data analytic software and tools, including Alteryx, Tableau, Excel VBA, Power BI, SQL, and/or RapidMiner, an asset. Ability to build out new transfer pricing capabilities for clients by developing plans to integrate new software solution offering into the transfer pricing team toolbox and setting and achieving benchmark goals for usage and impact a plus. Ability to communicate and work with C-Suite executives and deliver on a company's strategic business objectives through value chain analysis and transformation needed. Experience preparing and reviewing Expat tax returns essential. International tax experience is a plus.
