The candidate will do complex case tracking, client contact, factual investigations, medical records review, docket review, deposition preparation, and settlement analysis and dismissals. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to organize, plan and prioritize work. Ability to work independently and within a team. Exceptional analytical and reasoning skills. Ability to multitask and manage high case volumes. Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal certificate with a minimum of 7-10 years of asbestos litigation experience. Experience with direct client contact. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and experience with document management systems strongly desired.
