Senior Accountant
The candidate will do month-end close, account reconciliations and journal entries (including allocations), Fixed assets, A/R, A/P, payroll. Strong US GAAP and heavy general ledger knowledge. Experience with systems conversions/integrations. Confident communicator, team player, strong attention to detail and eager to meet deadlines. QuickBooks Online, Expensify, and Rippling experience preferred. CPA candidate or CPA with income and payroll tax experience is a plus. Real Estate/Professional Services industry experience preferred. Analyze general ledger for possible misstatement. Profit and Loss statement forecasts and variance analysis. Assist Head of Finance with monthly, quarterly and annual reporting packages. Provide feedback and actively participate in streamlining accounting functions across the firm. Documenting processes and procedures, 3-5 years of accounting experience with increasing responsibility. Provide the same level of service on every deal. Accurately follow our firm’s policies and processes along with the client’s Service Level Agreement. Communicate precisely while being helpful, polite, and cheerful.
