A prestigious law firm in Portland, Oregon, is currently seeking a highly motivated Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of Corporate Law experience to join their team. The ideal candidate for this role will have exceptional academic credentials, outstanding verbal and written communication skills, and a commitment to excellence. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for working on a range of Corporate Law matters, including private offerings, general venture capital and tech company corporate transactions, public company representation, and public offerings. Membership in the State Bar of Oregon is a prerequisite for this position.

In this role, the Associate Attorney will collaborate closely with senior attorneys to provide legal counsel and representation to clients. This includes conducting in-depth legal research, drafting precise legal documents, and engaging in client consultations, negotiations, and courtroom appearances when required.
